Rental Terms 2008
- No Hotel Tax charged
- Check in time is 3 PM day of arrival, Check out
time is 9:30 AM day of departure
- Reservations are held with a 50% deposit
- A refund less 10% administration fee will only
be made if we are able to re-rent your space during
the same period
- Charges for additional days over the one-week
rental rate, are charged out at the weekly rate
divided by 7
- We accept cash, traveler's checks or personal
checks
- Sorry, we don't accept credit cards
