Clifford Sawyer House
The Clifford Sawyer House, situated on three lots, is a
delightful Out Island getaway. An ideal Caribbean rental for
two couples or a family of up to eight, our Bahamian home
offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft. Each bedroom
has a queen size bed and the loft has two double beds.
Tropical Gardens with furnished outdoor patio & deck for
entertaining, seats eight. A VHF radio is provided, and
every morning there is a broadcast of the weather forecast
for the day.

Lantana Cottage, your beautiful home away from home,
is located on the harbour road, and is perfect for two
couples or a family of up to six. Lantana Cottage
offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, upstairs, and a
spacious living/dining and kitchen area downstairs,
ideal for entertaining. Each bedroom has a queen size
bed with private bathroom, one with a balcony and
exceptional harbour view. Futon and full bathroom
downstairs. Downstairs porch. All the comforts of home.

Romantica
Come and stay at this historic cottage right in the
heart of Hope Town Bahamas!
This charming cottage has
breathtaking views of the Hope Town Harbour and stripped
light house. The interior has been custom designed with
tropically themed furnishing and fixtures. Located on
the main floor is an open concept living room, dining
area and
kitchen. Stepping through the door to the outside leads
to a lovely covered deck, which is ideal for dining
alfresco.
The main floor also consists of 2 guest bedrooms one
with a single bed with a pull out trundle. This bedroom connects
directly to a full en-suite bathroom and shower (which
is also accessible from the hallway) The second guest
room has a spacious queen bed. The main Staircase
leads to an alcoved sitting area on the second story
which overlooks the harbour with a cozy recessed window
seat - great for an early morning coffee or enjoying the
evening sunset. Also located on the second floor is the
Master bedroom which features a King sized bed and a
guest room with a cozy queen bed. These upstairs bedrooms share a
bathroom.
